Citywide has successfully completed the acquisition of leading electrical services provider Gordon McKay Pty Ltd, including its Tasmanian subsidiary Frontline Electrical Pty Ltd, the company announced today. 

Chief Executive Officer Chris Campbell said the acquisition was consistent with delivering Citywide’s Vision 2025 strategy for growth, both organically and via acquisitions. 

“I’m delighted to announce that we have successfully completed this acquisition and we warmly welcome all Gordon McKay and Frontline Electrical team members – our new colleagues – to the Citywide family,” Chris said. 

“Like Citywide, Gordon McKay’s relationships with their customers, plus their skilled and highly committed employees, are central to the success. Together, our businesses will bring a highly specialised, innovative and collaborative approach to our clients and the communities we work with. 

Gordon McKay Pty Ltd was established in 1953 as a family business serving farming communities and interests in Victoria’s south-west. Today, its dedicated and highly-qualified team of 200 industrial electricians and technicians deliver project and electrical maintenance services to a multinational client base operating in Victoria and Tasmania.
