Technigro is a privately owned Australian company, which specialises in the development and implementation of sustainable integrated vegetation management solutions.

Technigro is committed to:-

  • Working with customers to ensure that our products and services fully meet their requirements and expectations
  • Continually improving customer satisfaction
  • Development of our people, and ensuring that all employees are suitably trained and resourced

The Company aims to support these commitments by the use of a Quality Management System which will be reviewed to assess its effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.

Our Quality System objective is to use efficient planning and control activities, and to provide verification that these have been successful in fulfilling customer requirements. The system is constantly monitored, allowing for continuous improvement.

Employee & Customer Feedback 

The Company supports a culture that values the highest quality performance from every employee and every function, with the objective of building in quality in everything that we do.

Technigro has created a framework for identifying, capturing and acting on the feedback of employees and customers. Technigro will actively encourage such feedback through its ideas management system, its customer visitation program and through normal complaints channels managed  by the operations area. Technigro will actively monitor information relating to customer perceptions as to whether it has met customer requirements.

Environmental Policy

Technigro is committed to undertaking its business in a manner that recognises the importance of environmental protection and sustainability.  We are committed to minimising environmental impacts in all our operations by:

  • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations and statutory obligations relating to environmental issues
  • Managing environmental and related issues in accordance with any client requirements, policies and procedures

OH&S Policy

Technigro realises and accepts its moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees, customers, visitors, the public, and to ensure its contractors have the same recognition and objectives.

This will be achieved by providing a safe place of work, implementing safe working methods, providing safe plant and equipment, and safe use of substances in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Health & Safety Act; and are consistent with certification requirements of  AS/NZS ISO 4801:2001.
